2. THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Community Volunteers Officer
REPORTING TO: Deputy Manager
LOCATION: Unit 4, Whitefriars, Aungier Street, Dublin 2 & remote
(blended)

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Community Volunteers Officer will take a lead on implementing all
aspects of the Community Volunteers Programme in Dublin City. This
will include liaising closely with Volunteer Involving Organisations
and other relevant stakeholders to develop volunteering opportunities
with a particular focus on social inclusion and short-term/
events-based volunteering. Supporting the delivery of Dublin City
Volunteer Centre?s training and capacity building activities for
organisations and Volunteer Managers will also form a key part of
their role.
